In 1944 the OSS (the predecessor to today’s CIA) created a field manual to train foreign agents in the art and science of sabotage. The OSS wanted to teach people how to destroy foreign companies from within, through outright physical destruction like arson as well as using softer more passive aggressive methods.
Today the guide is a great resource for Startup founders who think they may have trouble employees. It’s creepy how well this 1944 manual translates to Corporate America today!
